Notifications from the organizing committee.
・Latest Updates:
To address multiple security vulnerabilities, including PHP issues, reported on October 21, 2026, we have updated the system. As part of this update, we have also redesigned the user interface; however, there are no changes to the basic operations.
・Participation Fees:
Participation fees are required for non-members and for members attending technical meetings held exclusively by Society A or Society B.
At all other technical meetings, members may present their research and participate free of charge.

・Papers of a Technical Meeting:
The publication date (date of public disclosure) of the papers of a technical meeting is three days before the first day of the meeting.
Both electronic editions and print-on-demand editions are available for purchase.
・Purchasing the papers of a technical meeting:
Papers are not provided free of charge to presenters.
Please purchase them either when registering for the meeting or through the IEEJ Electronic Library, "Book Park."
