・"Apply” button may still be shown, even though application has already been closed, or a technical meeting has been canceled.
・From the technical meetings held after April 1, 2023, non-members will be charged a participation fee when presenting and participating in the technical meetings (From April 2025, members will also be charged participation fees for technical meetings held independently by Society A and Society B. In other meetings, members can continue to make presentations and participate for free). Please check here (Japanese only) for more details.
・The electronization of the papers of a technical meeting started from January 2021. Please note that the date of issue of the papers published on or after January 1, 2021 is 3 days before the first day of a technical meeting in principle.
・Since April 2014, technical meeting proceedings have not been distributed to authors free of charge. Presenters who wish to purchase the proceedings can do so when registering for the technical meeting or through the IEEJ Electronic Library, Book Park.
