・Since April 2014, proceedings of technical meeting have not been distributed to the authors at no charge. Please purchase them at Book Park if you need.
・"Apply” button may still be shown, even though application has already been closed, or a technical meeting has been canceled.
・The electronization of the papers of a technical meeting started from January 2021. Please note that the date of issue of the papers published on or after January 1, 2021 is 3 days before the first day of a technical meeting in principle.
・From the technical meetings held after April 1, 2023, non-members will be charged a participation fee when presenting and participating in the technical meetings (members can continue to make presentations and participate for free). Please check here (Japanese only) for more details.

International speakers who need archival of their articles, register and upload manuscript (4 to 6 pages) on IEEJ site by January 22 and March 4, respectively.
No fees for these speakers.

The participation fee for this technical meeting is as follows:
Member (General): Free *IEEJ individual member only
Member (Student): Free *IEEJ individual member only
Non-Member (General): 4,000 yen
Non-Member (Student): 2,000 yen
Non-Member (Student/Presenter): Free*
*In the Society C, we would fully subsidy the participation fee of non-member(Student/Presenter) until end of March 2024.
* Registration and payment of participation will begin when the program is announced.
* Members are also required to apply for participation. Speakers are also required to apply for participation in addition to Speaker Registration and Paper Submission.
* The participation fee of IEEJ corporate member is Non-Member fee.
